Before and After Courtyard Garden

This courtyard garden I recently designed has transformed a small space.   Giving the plants a good strong colour on the wall behind acts as a backdrop to the espalier, which will burst into flower in summer. This view from inside is now enhanced, as well as acting as a more functional transitional area.
